Overall waste of money to stay Pros - 1. good location near asssi ghar 2. ⁠size of room are big and good furniture 3. ⁠floor staff ia good but only reactive Cons 1. No cleaniness(dirty across hotel) 2. ⁠poor architecture no stairs at all only lift which is small and very slow 3. ⁠Poor and sluggish management (santosh ji manager) 4. ⁠ Tv, soap, handwash were provided after request only. (No ac remote ). (Staff is reactive not proactive) Mr. Upendra Singh owner seems completey unaware and unavailable. Lack of monitoring leading to deteriorating Hotel.

room was decent and clean . location wise is good as ganga ghat is hardly 350 metre walk. parking space is available.

Initial impression was good but didn't live up to the expectation. 1. Few not all staffs were attentive, had to follow up a lot for smallest of things like towels, hot water etc. 2. Lift was not working and the worst part is they don't have their own staircase it is shared with another appartment beside. Since the lift was not working they didn't even put lights in the stairs, This is the worst thing experienced as my family had to climb up four sets of stairs everytime we need to go to the roo ...more

No basic amenities are functional 1. No WIFI 2. No Drinking water. you'll have to order bottles which are chargeable 3. No mosquito repellants in the room 4. Taps aren't functional everywhere 5. TV is of no use as the set-top boxes aren't recharged 6. Only one house keeping staff for the whole hotel 7. Bedsheets, towels, pillow covers were not clean 8. Rooms wasn't clean 9. No sanitizers were available

First I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Now let me share my story. Me and My GF are kind of traveller, it’s our hobby to explore some new places, We decided to booked this hotel ( which was mistake). This hotel was in couple friendly category and also this was the only hotel in Varanasi which has a parking space since we are travelling by car. Room was decent and clean. felt the parking space could have been cleaner as it was complete mess. Hotel staff was good and prompt. Location wise is very good as Ganga ghaat is hardly 300 metre walk.

A basic accommodation. Friendly staff. Non-effective a/c. Very limited variety of food. Close to ASSI GHAT and to DASMESHWAR GHAT.
