positive - the stay and location was good..!! room was very clean..

unsatisfactory experience got a different suite pool was accessible to outsiders so uncomfortable with my family tobuse that kids part was not clean open balcony have a sliding door which is don't have a lock so not able to sleep comfortably or not able to keep my belonging there and breakfast have less items but only one positive experience was restaurant manager was so nice behavior and food was tasty

my stay at udaya resorts was a letdown, to say the least. the frequent power failures and malfunctioning air conditioning made my room stay unbearable. to add to my woes, the balcony was filthy, and i had to request basic essentials like dental kits, which were missing from my room. the pool was a disaster, it was initially closed, and even after requesting it to be cleaned, it remained dirty and infested with numerous frogs, with water that smelled terrible. the restaurant was equally disappoin ...more

The resort is in a very beautiful location with lots of greenery and the Bharathapuzha river flowing next to it. The rooms are massive and very clean. My room was so big that the air conditioner took a lot of time to cool the room.
We had breakfast at the resort and the spread was quite good and delicious. The service is prompt. The owners live next to the campus and are involved in the day to day affairs of the resort.
