Room was small, dimly lit, AC didnt have temperature control i.e. it had to be turned off when the room got cold and again turned on after sone time - was a pain specially at night. property was clean though and service buys were very helpful and friendly

i booked a hotel with breakfast and dinner but the hotel denied that there were no facilities available here for breakfast and dinner.
The hotel rooms are very dirty and the washroom is also dirty...

very bad experience i am very much fed up, when i reached the hotel they are saying that they have stopped the booking i, but they did not update that. totally my money is total waste. i booked a superior category A/C room but he gave a single bedded very small room. i want my money back. because I book superior ac room.

I have very bad experience in this turn, no hot water, no cleanliness, no daily maintenance very dirty towel, pillow covers blankets etc..
