Pathetic hotel. Room was stinking, bed-sheets were not changed, there was no drinking water in the room. No service at all and no TV in the room. Hotel is located bit outskirt from the Coimbatore city.

Location was interior,and there was no sign board to identify the property, so it was difficult to reach there.Staffs & services and neatness & cleanness was good.Even the room was fine & comfortable for me, as it was a one night stay. Overall had a good experience.

These apartments are manged by a few owners and inexpensive (but you miss a lot of other services and amenities provided by the hotels). During my stay, the manager - one Mr Johny - was doing even room service, housekeeping etc. (I appreciate his dedication). But I felt more improvements in plumbing, electrical maintenance, WiFi (though they offered it free, I didn't see any provision for the same). avoid this place It's not hotel, it's flats for rent. There is no reception and no owners at the place. waiting for owner/manager 3 hours!!!! By the phone they always said: "i will be in 10 minutes". But we have wait 3 hours. Finally, some human gave us the key from room, but we still don't know who is it. It is not the same person which we talked by phone. Also food and hairs in bed, cockroach in bathroom.

Isolated area and no service or support staff at all. TV, Geyser is not working. no wifi connectivity. poor management. waited half an hour in the morning.

I along with my family stayed in this hotel during the past 2 days.overall it's highly recommended in case of cleanliness. but the door in our room had a complaint with it's lock.we couldn't open it after closing.we had to wait for a long time for the carpenter to come this occurred on both days and we had to wait a long time to get it repaired.the hotel staff were putting the blame on us and told that we should take care of it and they didn't let us know about the problem with the lock of the d ...more

Facilities in the hotel was good, but there was no staff to guide and it was not a hotel it was a partment kind of thing which was having everything like home. Location of the hotel was in the main area itself and it was easily accessible, bus and all was easily available. there was not no staff available to guide.
