Pros: Good and clean Rooms with stunning full ooty city view !! Located at top hills and they have totally 4 down the floors( 1 st to -4th floor) stayed in 404 room and bit down sized view and can enjoy the highest elevation form 1 st floor view. Highly recommend for families. Very supportive staffs.
Cons : No lift services.
Deluxe Rooms with Balcony- special room should be allotted only with in first and second floor for this price range.

It's been a great experience in this property.. each and every staff member was friendly with the visitors... Breakfast was extremely good...
Easily accesible to visit near tourist places .In walkable distance we found Eagle dare adventures.Once we check in any resort food is more important.Food is really good in quality and taste wise..

Had a great experience staying at Hotel ultimate. Every person on the staff is very polite, helpful. Clean rooms with an awesome view from the balcony.
They also helped us in getting local cab service for sight seeing around at a reasonable price.
