Room was worst, no water provided, no phone to call at reception, they dont provide food in rooms. And electricity goes often.

Unhygienic room, death, lizard, in room bathroom but food was good. In budget room TV was not there.I will never stay in this hotel again....

Hotel is almost outside the city near the highway , we book for Budget room for cost us around 800 without taxes , this property have actually use as Marrige Banquets or Gatherings , so they have some rooms which they use as hotel. Hotel is in a street or internal road which is full of pits and become worse in Rainy season. Also area around is almost less populated which is on main road. Reception is worst. Room quality and toilets are dirty and maintenance is not done on time. e bookings are not welcomed.No geyser, cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom, no room service telephone available in rooms, no television and locks are defective.

Poor experience. Don't book. Hotel restaurant people are not trained properly. They will miss / delay / make error in your order. I received my dinner after +2hrs of wait and I ended up standing at counter for nearly 40 min to push. Restaurant area is totally chaos specially at dinner, you will hear people shouting. Rooms are also poorly maintained, I did not get TV, Wifi, tovel, soaps, hot water and bathing bucket + mug were very dirty and broken. Seemed like they had put same mug for toilet and bath. Yuk... Left the room in 1 hr.
