Pathetic service of hotel...AC not working. kettle not working...bathroom exhaust not working.room refrigerator not working manager not ready to listen, as he is busy with hotel party function..nobody is ready to listen even staff is saying talk to owner .

Compared to rooms the tariff was very high. Foul smell in washroom. Not worth renovation was on, basically it was a 2 star hotel but rate were pretty much near toh 5star hotel. Dur to unavailability of hotel due to mahakumbh and wedding season,hotels are charging very high

Room are big but not clean as that much. Cockroach you can see easily in rooms. The complimentary breakfast also do not have much choices

the flush of the toilet was not working, the sink ran out of water, the headrest behind the bed was covered with some sticky substance, thereafter, we got our room changed
