I had an amazing experience staying at Hotel Umaid Residency! The staff was incredibly hospitable, supportive, and cooperative, making our stay truly enjoyable. A special shoutout to Upender, who was working in the food section on the minus one floor. He was extremely kind, generous, and always ready to help with a smile. His service added an extra touch to our overall experience. We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you to the entire team for making our time here so memorable!

Very very worst and pathetic experience never ever stay there specially when your with your family it’s totally unsafe ..Staff so rude and unresponsive ,even staff it’s self misbehaving,Drunk people roam around ,,Horrible
