This hotel is a very bad and no services provide for coustomer. Hotel empoplye misbehave for coustomer all is very poor and verry bad.👎

we planned to book this hotel basic amenities like geezer , tv was not working. rooms were not cleaned. you need to call several times to get the service.They brought a coil heater for boiling water and said none of the rooms geezers are not working. rooms were dirty and even after repeated calls they didn't come for service. not advisable for family and couples who are traveling.

one of the worst hotel in delhi. bad smell inside hotel, unhygienic bed and washroom is the dirtiest of all.
the hotel exists by another name because no one stays here by their previous name. the previous name was hotel green snapper which is the dirtiest hotel of delhi. there is no hotel named hotel university.

Great hotel, great rooms, great infrastructure. Unique ambience, clean, spacious and adorable.
I travel a lot and prefer to stay in 3 or 4 star hotel. I must say that being in a busy area of Delhi, this 4 star hotel surpasses the expectations.
The food, the staff, the manager, the room service everything was best.

Nice stay, everything was great here and happy with staff and family.. breakfast was also very nice and hygiene and everything was great and stay was great i will recommend everyone to come to stay here and we great and happy to give this kind of hospitality

The rooms were really clean and well maintained. The dine in experience and food were good too. staff helped us with all our asks and was well behaved. This place is definitely a value for money and is close to many touristy locations
