The property is very neat and clean. Clean bedsheets and all amenities working properly with good staff behaviour and timely room service. Only food can be a little better.

Not that great pro - close to airport No toilet paper, didn't get even after asking. I was told that the hot water wasn't working so they brought me a bucket of hot water for shower Sheets were not that clean. I could see some hairs on the sheet when I came in

Too bad experience in Urban Hermitage, especially food prepared worst. Fried rice was burnet and smelling. Serving staff also accepted the same and told that chef was new and made big mistake. Will not visit this property again.
