pleasant stay in shamshabad. rooms are big with good ventilation. 1km to main market area. but i enjoyed the stay. good parking area is also there.

The rooms are pretty good bigger in size and clean and neat , The hall and kitchen were fully equipped .. which is very helpful for cooking my own food

it was a memorable experience with Urban Sleep I like the overall stay. The front desk staff were helpful they guided me well to travel in local areas, On a low budget they provided all the amenities that were great, We have a hall and kitchen along with a dining table and sofa set which were helpful for long stays. I really loved the stay.

One of the worst experince. First they charged me extra for early check in even after booking for yearly check in and I reached within the time band. Then though my voucher said 2 breakfast were to be provided the hotel refused. The room provided was again an apartment on sharing bases.

The very first experience was very very bad and disturbing. Though I booked for check-in between 6-8am, they said i will be allowed only at 12noon. Early check-in will be at a cost of 1000 rupees. I showed them my booking details which is also attached here. After some uncomfortable discussions, because they don't want to lose the business they gave me a room.Though I am eligible for complimentary breakfast, they didn't give me even after showing the booking details. Urban Sleep is not a hotel setup actually, it is a 2BHK flat that has been converted into rooms and that too on a sharing basis, so in the same flat random people stay at different bedrooms.
No water bottle, tea, coffee is available until and unless repeatedly being asked for. They don't even provide towel for two persons.
No restraunt or cafe nearby and even no arrangement of food is being done by the hotel.
Not recommended at all.
