The hotel staff are very courteous. They are available at any time of the day for our needs. Rooms, while not super fancy, are amazing for their price. Everything works, nothing was broken. Plus the location is great too, right in the OG part around Lake Pichola.

Our host was very courteous and patient as we checked-in late. He took care of all my requests and guided me in my travel from Abu to Udaipur. I liked our brief conversation as he is an educated man from a good family background. Since I was traveling with family, safety was my biggest concern. It can't get safer than this as we were living in the house of a family whose multiple generations have lived here. Spacious room, separate bed for all four of us, clean washrooms, clean linen. Everything was great. If I have to nitpick, I would say the morning tea was hot but lacked taste.

It was lovely staying at Ushaan Haveli the host was very warm and kind. Trust me it's the most comfortable place to stay at because every tourist spot is nearby. Also, they have a cute pool inside the haveli which is amazing to chill with friends and family. Talking about the food, the poha they serve is outstanding and a must try. It was worth it.Ambience of the hotel is so nice and behaviour of all the staff was very nice. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained with all the amenities.

excellent specially recommended for family we really enjoyed a lot staff is very cooperative service is top notch all places are near by at walking distance and you have a lots of choices of restaurants near by. swimming pool is really nice.

The hotel was great.Loved the stay. Swimming pool charges are extra at₹200/hour. The towels were not in good condition and were replaced immediately. The photos shown were perfect. And the rooms are similar. The staff was polite. The bathrooms were clean. The hotel is good and the price is very right. The hotel provides good opportunity for exploring city on foot and various options for meals. The hotel is located in old city so lot of spots are nearby.
