its very bad experience in stay here. hot water nit available here. room services and very bad. cleaning of room is not done properly.

It was worst experience, hotel is not at all clean. For each n every facility hotel people are refusing. we have breakfast included but they are refusing. They have mentioned TV but TV is not operational. Not giving Hot water too. kindly initiate refund as it was pathetic experience.

Good specious lobby, rooms are also good. Two elevator is there in the lobby but one is out of order and other one is also not working properly.Some improvement is need in service.

Rooms were not as good as the photos..the management tried to give us a room from lower category thinking that we could be easily fooled..basic amenites were amiss..like buckets..shower not working..and only one excuse for everything..hotel is undergoing renovation...then why continue offering other rooms ..

The pool of the hotel was nit cleaned properly. The water in the washroom was burning hot, we were not able to wash, clean or even take shower.After calling the reception, plumber came but nothing happened. Breakfast had four things in the name of buffet. Food was not cooked properly, milk was as thin as water. We ordered masala omelette twice and they said that it can be ordered only once. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone The room was not too effective and the restaurant was also burn ...more
