rooms were neat but there is a delay in getting things done like we requested for service of tv, but that was not done inspite of several reminders
while booking it was showing walking distance to temple but it is far from the temple
4 minute walk to guruvayur temple is written in goibibo but that is wrong, this misleads customers
we request you to change this
intercoms were not working
slip in which contact details were written to be placed near the phone

nice property... choose AC. room if you can.... Receptionist Sharanya was extremely helpful....She was kind enough to arrange for breakfast despite us being late... overall superb stay

I stayed here on April 2025. It was good.The only problem I faced was , there was no early check in due to overwhelmed bookings .Free pick up and drop was available.

Room was good and it was well maintained. But room service is not good, In our room TV was not working and i have asked them twice to check it and they didn't send anyone. Also, there is no free pickup and drop off to guruvayoor temple.

Utsavam hotel: suit room is fyn good, but normal non AC room is too small
they mentioned free cab facilities, it will not be available in all time, so don't trust this free cab facility
And morning breakfast will be ready only by 8.30 , if u r planning to go temple means we can't wait for breakfast till 8.30.
Suit room is nice.

The AC Deluxe rooms are really great and totally worth it. But when I booked, only Non-AC rooms were available, and honestly, it was a terrible experience—the room was so hot I couldn’t even sleep the whole night.
Also, avoid booking a Studio Room as part of a combo. You might end up in a shared 2BHK apartment where one guest gets the master bedroom and the other gets the studio room. That’s what happened to me, and the other guest was smoking indoors, so the whole place smelled like cigarettes ...more

Good spacious 1 bhk flat.Decent amenities and overall a good stay.Free drop in and drop out is not available as mentioned.Electric kettle was not avilable.
