at time of booking no indication given that room is being booked in an annexe block . on arrival my lady staff was directed to this block which looked really unsafe. on requesting to allot a room in main hotel tower, hotel demanded extra charges which was as almost 80% of original rate which we paid. never going to stay there again

Not happy with the hotel. Bed was horrible. Mattress and pillows were in a weird shape. Rooms were also not very clean.

Pathetic is the word for the hotel.
1. insects found on bed and tables dead as well as flying
2. used cups and Kettle with stains
3. Dust all over
4. unhygienic bathroom and room
5. Unsupportive and arrogant staff
6. highly costly
7. One towel given for 3 people
