totally poor , no ac remote , very old tv without remote, their in house food very bad and rate are too high , feel like it's a lodge ,not hotel

Except the reception Staff & Room service rest the entire hotel is pathetic. Matress, Bathroom, room....etc are in worst condition, ( without breakfast) it was an horrible experience. No electric kettle, No complimentary Bisleri water bottle, No shaving & Dental kit... Shameful experience

the stay at hotel vaibhav was very bad, we reached at around 5 pm on 28th dec 2024, which was 3 hrs after their check in time, but still the rooms were not ready and the response of the person at reception was very rude. also after the check-in, the facilities or amenities for the room was not proper & up to the mark & several reminders has to be provided for even basic amenities like water, towel, hot water in bathroom etc. the overall experience was very bad i will not recommend any one to stay at hotel vaibhav, varanasi.
