    the hotel treats customers who book through apps far worse than other customers. the stay was extremely inconvenient and rooms are unhygienic to the extent of being a health hazard. the staff had zero accountability and manners.

    Bad experience. Small room, cattle was unwashed, no toilet set or towel provided, Non-AC room. Feels like you're in a guest house as there was nothing except bed and bathroom and water. Never gonna come back here !

    Check in check out was smooth but the room was not upto mark with hygiene as seen some croackroach and size of the room was also small. They charged for water bottle also when it was mentioned water will be available
