we have booked two room as shown in Goibibo but they give different room which is totally different from room shown in goibibo.
receptionist told that we booked that room on that cost.

One of the worst stay experience I have ever had. To start with, the receptionist at the hotel was the rudest person. I had requested for early check in and he said I would have to pay an amount although I was also doing early checkout. I had booked AC room and they gave me non AC while early check in and said will move to to my booked room after 12. After I moved to the room, there was no drinking water, the jetspray in the washroom was broken and not working, there were cockroaches in the room ...more

Very dissatisfied service. Room no 401 was initially allotted where mosquitoes were present, bathroom fittings were not working properly especially commode spray etc. Telephone was out of order. Cleanliness was average. No drinking water facility in room or outside was available. No complimentary water bottles or tea making machine was available in the room. I feel it is waste of time and money. I will not recommend it to anyone. Very worst experience.

They did not provide sealed water bottle ,in the name of blanket they give us this dirty thing,washroom has not shower as it smell bad.they said they give used water bottle to coustmer by fill the bottles with water because they dont have own restaurant in hotel which is really unhygenic. I had booked 3 bed in 2000 and they only give me this mattress in the name of bed..i have bad experience very bad..
