room was clean and got hot water .there is no dental kits and water was not complimentary paid rs 32 for that.and brkfast was good but with limited options.reception and room service was good.there is place to hold luggage also.

i had a great stay at vanusa residency. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel is in a good location, close to local attractions. i especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety of options. overall, it was a pleasant experience, and i would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is equipped with good amenities and services. However our room was filled with a lot of nymphs (small cockroaches) running all over the floor, tables and bathroom which made the experience very unhygienic and troublesome.
We didn't like that the housekeeping staff cleaned our room in our absence without asking for our permission. We never asked them to clean when we went out and felt our privacy intruded once we are back.

Not worth as a 3 🌟 Star Hotel.
No Cable TV channels are working. it's not subscribed.
Rest, water and Electric kettle was available as per goibibo list.
