the receptionist was rude and arrogant. he was impolite and did not exhibit professionalism and people like this should not be at that position. restaurant staff was coordial and food was good

The staff is excellent and helpful. They also provided pickup. the hotel is well known in the area and hence autos can easily recognize the hotel

Hotel was good. But the staff was rude.. both housekeeping & restaurant staff were rude. But after I complained to manager they were sore about their behaviour & then their services improved. The food in restaurant is good. We had lunch there 2 times & both times the food was food & price is also reasonable. Breakfast is also good. Overall good experience except behaviour of staff which improved upon complaining to manager.

Ac is not working in the reception area, not enough cold water for drinking.

Extremely non cooperative Manager, (thinking himself Mr Right even when the customer issues are genuine). Not worth the amount of money they charge. Will not recommend Sorry state of affairs
