Had to park car on road and they asked for keys at night so they can move it around. also bathroom commode doesn't flush properly and had hard time in using it.

Cons - 1. Deluxe are very small. 2. No complimentary water or toiletries. 3. There are no proper lights on lobby 4. No hindi TV Channels 5. If you are planning to check in early, please call up the manager before you land here, we had to roam around for 6 hours because early check-in wasn't available due to non availability of room. Pros 1. Hotel is very safe for women and family. 2. Ample parking space 3. Very polite and sweet manager 4. Restaurant food is very good

it's very center point of pondy and so good experience this hotel ... and manager and receptionist are so polite and so friendly handling the customers....way of approach the customer is so good........nice experience in this hotel and specially the foods also so good

never book this homstay .very badd. i can't get the hotel location. also the hotelier didn't take my calls.but go ibibo arrange another room without any time delay and cost... excellent support from goibio team..
