we visited this property two years ago and liked it, so we came back again, but this time we were disappointed. the sheets and bedspread seemed unwashed, possibly because the hotel had been empty for a while. the ac wasn’t working, and a lot of dirt fell out of it. the food options were also disappointing; now, they only serve breakfast, and no other meals are prepared on-site. we had to order food from outside. the breakfast had a fixed menu with idli, dosa, and rice, and the chutney was watery. this place is definitely not worth visiting again, nor is it worth the money.

Worst Experience ever at this Hotel. The manager is so rude, he is not cooperating with the customer. Very Bad experience. Please try to find another hotel instead of this hotel as the amenities and the staff are very rude to listen to the customer.

hotel room was very small. And towels was looking dirt and insects was roaming in room. and we informed to reception but no response from the hotel people.
Actually I have booked 2 rooms where tv was also not functioning. it is not worth for the money we paid for it.

Staff is not at all helpful . Bed sheets are used even bed sheets has small hairs. Even bedsheets and blanket is bit wet. One of their staff is saying my duty is over at 12 pm very rudely. No one is there to help. Only one water bottle they have given. They were saying there is no water bottle left. How is that possible. Pathetic, smelly , dirty

It's horrible experience to stay in hotel Vasathi, its not a 3 star hotel, you can say it a 2 star lodge. Avoid it if you want a good stay.
