Fabulous staying beside poolside rooms.specially enjoyed the summer time and the hospitality was too good, family and couples can enjoying the aroma of nature and well organised. As per my suggestion I spend your weekend in a joyful environment .

I went to vedam to spend the Christmas weekend with my 5 yo daughter and my husband. we had booked in November and the entire payment was also made well in advance. however after we reached the property after a two hour drive from Kolkata, we were told by the receptionist that they did not have any room available at the time as the entire property had been booked for a wedding. instead they offered to put us up at another property of theirs, aqua marina, to which we didn't agree. we insisted on ...more

Hotels rooms ar fantastic service is very slow and food quality and quantity is very poor. Earlier senario was not like that. Specially food quality and quantity is very less and poor as per price level.

Very good ambience, I stayed in cabana room with complemenntary breakfast. Room was quite spacious. Also overall the inside of the property was nicely set up. Food taste could have been better considering it is a 4star resort. Staff behaviour was good. Overall worth the money I spent. Very much suitable for weekend trips.

Complimentary breakfast variety is to be increased. Idly quality has to be improved. Quality improvement is required for south indian food. Hospitality is excellent. It is located far from highway and private transport is not easily available. It is advisable to take your own vehicle.

Think before you visit. The following drawbacks I would like to list out from my recent visit1. They changed the check in time to 1 pm instead of 12 pm , which was not notified the resort and hence when I reached there around 11:30 am , they made me wait till 1 pm for the room ( Note: They also don't provide any welcome drink )2. The property was new but the total area of the resort is very small, in 10mins you can stroll across the property.
The staff were limited in number, thus time taken to service was time taking.
During dinner, we asked for salt, I have requested it from the room service gentleman who came to serve our food. Then even called the room service/ restaurant for salt, but unfortunately no one came to provide us the same.
The management start knocking us, 1hr before the mandate checkout time.
