little bit cleanliness issues. decent average place and budget stay. host and staff not much friendly and don't provide things when even asked and are lazy.

Hotel was good i taken with breakfast included but booking was changed after the booking. Room was little small food was just ok but rates are very costly i didnt sawed one bowl of poha is 180rs Skip food in this cafe, swimmingpool other facillities was good .

It was a decent stay, peaceful from outside crowd, if u r looking to relax then this budget place should be on ur list. rooms r small but good like a cottage. 👍👍

The stay was ok ok..
Not too good ...just average.
Good to spend a day or two , if u will get hotel in cheap rate.
15 minutes walk from arambol beach.
20_25 from walk from main market.
More of the foreigner stuff than indian..
Ok or good for bachelor land couples .
Kids may not enjoy that much inside hotel.
But plus is that water park / activity is nearby (15 min walk)
