Room service was very delayed and bad. Lost an item from our room. It stormed several times and no electricity. Kept coming and going

Nice experience...Good resort....Just a suggestion please keep person to atleast wipe guest cars at resort. It can be chargeable also. Quiet difficult to roam in dirty car after stay at resort.

the food that we had for dinner was completely tasteless nothing was good in taste and there was no one to ask you, if you complained to the restaurant manager, they will start telling you it's prepared by the chef they can't do anything.

The amenity and the services are good but its too overpriced. Everything is paid including pool accessories which earlier were free. Nothing is complementary.
It was average because there is hardly anything affordable and nothing much to do as an activity.

Rooms especially the lake view ones are awesome, huge sitting, huge bath awesome view. Rooms are clean and well kept. Service is very prompt and courteous. The only thing that needs improvement is the food, for such an awesome place food quality falls flat on its face, the only thing that needs a huge improvement.

I would love to stay again. Except for a little negative experiences like no proper welcome, limited welcome drink, telephone line issue, extra bed follow up even after pay for it...rest everything very nice.. staff behavior nice, food nice, cleanliness good. Activities well.
