room was conjusted and offered different room against the booked room..even after multiple talk refused to allocate the right room.. no complementary drinking water, water leak in washroom.

if possible I will give negative rating. I booked 4 room.. Room are smelling,dirty,no drinking water.No hygiene.No person available at reception. we return late night approx 11:25PM ,no person available at reception. hotel main gate was locked. they written some Mobile no on gate but didn't pick up.. we call owner. after so many tries 12 am midnight. the person comes in drunken and smell of smoking.He open the gate. , but just within 5-7 minutes he locked hotel main gate from outside. we don't know where he is gone.... so I don't recomend anyone.if this hotel is free available ... Don't book

Very small congested Deluxe rooms(😂) having an ugly view of Kabadi Shop and extremely noisy. There is no buffet service in package deals including dinner and breakfast but extremely limited fixed choices of one or two items only (actually that too at their mercy).Technically over priced for the value and service they offer. Location near the mall road and free parking were the only saving grace.

Worst hotel in manali, too much dirty hotel, service wise it is ok but no help from hotel manager even sometimes his behavior is very rude if you did not take his car service, no heater in room if you ask then he will give but that too is not sufficient . Blankets are very thin you have to ask for other one even two blankets will not sufficient their blankets are very bad and not clean also.
