no one in the reception most of the time. example - at the time of checkout, i don't know whom to should i give the key since no one in reception at the time of checkout.

The hotel is 15 km away from city centre but close to a beautiful beach, with no crowd. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.The attached Restaurant is pure Non -Veg, however a good veg restaurant is few meters away.

Overall Hotel is good, clean bathrooms, spacious rooms. Good Food nice restaurant.... anything we ordered was super tasty. Since we had our own vehicle hence didn't find it difficult to go for beaches however it is just situated at the start of Pondicherry hence you may have to travel a bit about 10-15 kms to main beaches or tourist places which takes about 10 mins only. Staff is nice and courteous. Overall it's a Family stay hotel .... Good Parking space since we had our own vehicle. No issues on food it was comfortable since we didn't had to look for food outside.

They charged more than usual booking charge for additional person and gave me regular room but i booked royal room..Tv is not working..some bad smell in the room..wifi was not working

Not at all happy with the room quality. Much far from the pondy city. No accomodation available only public transport available. They dont care for their guests

Location was in the outer area, transportation facility was too far from the main city,there was limited channels provided in the TV, but the staffs were cooperative & supportive.
