such a bad experience from last few of the visit continously facing some issue like landline is not working sometimes AC is not cooling and keep waiting too much for the food post ordering. need lots of improvement in this property . This making down to Sarovar goodwill

This was the most pathetic stay i ever had. Dampness smell, dirty beadsheets. No handwash, no Shower gel, no toiletries in washroom. Horrible experience. I will never recommend to anyone. I don't know how they get Sarovar Portico franchise.
