as mentioned in the amenities of the hotel that swimming pool,gym,jacuzzi available there.but when i reached nothing was there not worth the money i have paid

The hospitality was very good and food was excellent.The behaviour of all staff was very good specially the owner Mr. Venky is a well behaved and nice gentleman, he tried his bit towards a good customer satisfaction. As there is always some scope left for improvement so here are also few points that need to be improved like wardrobes in rooms were missing, towels were not provided in rooms and of course an intercom connection needs to be provided for quick connection. Rest all things were very nice and which gives us a feeling of home away from home.

Our stay was really great. We liked the overall ambience, services, facilities. Location is 10/10 If you want a peaceful stay in mountains away from the crowd and want to make the best out of this trip, then this is place you should come to. Gaurav , Venky bhaia both are really helpful. even their chefs are really great. We stayed for three days and it was worth it.

the stay was amazing, host was very kind, food was delicious, it was very close to river 2 min Trek, and the view from room was mesmerizing.. Rooms and linen was neat & clean.

Hotel Manager doesn't even live in Jibhi. He had done double booking and denied us check in. He then told us to go to another hotel which was 5km far. He told us that he will refund the amount for 1 night and will pay for 1 night to the new hotel.He didn't even pay for one night and I had to pay 5k extra to the new hotel manager.Don't book hotels with Hotel De Luxe as they are unprofessional, illiterate and irresponsible.Charged for two days. No television, changed room at the last moment, Manager is not even in Jibhi, he operates from Delhi.

At that time hotel run by a leaser. But now he is not a part of my Property, now hotel is run by property owner.
