Toilet are very dirty with leaked in bathroom , room service phone is not working at room , reception service is very poor. car parking space is not sufficient at all with no safety for your vehicle

The staff was very rude. Also some of them are drunk. Also when asked for water they just gave a broken seal of water bottle which was filled with tap water. The room & washroom was dirty. Please refer to the attached photos.

hotel Venus ..bed is good , restaurant food is good, room clean, but washroom is very unclean , taps are not properly working, outside room passage looks like store room , lift is v unhygienic

Worst experience .... not worth to spend money here. Room was not even worth rupees. and they charged WC was not in good condition and i forgot to mention this during the call with the executive. I want refund

I had booked royal AC room . Was given simple non AC room. Already I had seen a customer fighting when I checked in .I had told the staff of my room booked but they seemed unbothered. I am in an hospital emergency so did not want to fight out. Will not recommend this place for any good family.
