In one word, our experience was terrible.. I am uploading photos from where you can imagine about our experience. We booked two rooms. The day we checked in, we immediately notified about the poor quality of room and they promised us to change the room evening. But at evening they said that no rooms are available and promised us to change the room next day. They didn't change the room even next day also. Very Small Room at a very crowded and a very dirty location. Also the food service was very poor and was very slow. You have to ask for the very little things that must be available in the Hotel Room. Staff is Co-operative but was giving very slow service. OverAll it was a very Bad Experience😠😠😠😠😠

What can i say about this property I can proudly say a home away from home From Front office to kitchen all staff extra ordinary They treat there guest like family House keeping 10/10 Front desk 10/10 Rooms 09/10 Kitchen 09/10 Staff 10/10 Worth stay , strongly recommende by me planing my next stay here soon Thankyou Mr Anil Ji GM of this hotel for greet us

The rooms were very small. The room and hotel is very clean. Hotel amenities were very good with wifi Facilities. The location is within the pink city in a very crowded and dirty area. The spots for sightseeing are close to the hotel but it will be preferable if you chose less crowded location.

Prior to check in we called at reception to check if they have parking space and they said yes but once we reach there we got to know that that they don't even have space to park a bike. Hotel is located in main market which is surrounded by street vendors.If u check in late night then you can park in front of shops. Rooms were OK .They did not provide towel. Smelly washroom.Breakfast was not good.

Rooms are small and food is average. Best part is the location of hotel.. Walking distances from Hawa mahal and Jauhari Bazar.
