I find hotel very near to the bus stand and even the behaviour of the staff was so cool and well mannered. Rooms are so spacious and neat n clean. I found the stay value for money.

The first impression didn't turn out to be its last impression! Infrawise it's a big hotel, spacious rooms, certain unexpected amenities at a place like Shahdol viz- mini toiletry kit, washroom sleepers, automated shoe brush machine in lobby area which were impressive! But then hot and cold water facility were inconsistent throughout the rooms! overall it was a descent experience but one thing that I would like to improve is the high charge. paid 2000/- per night and it seemed bit higher for this 3 star hotel. Privacy was given.
