Complimentary breakfast not available. We have to pay and have from the restaurant. Food is expensive. Hot water was not available in the washroom. Room is good. Huge car parking space.

booked at night, reached 11.30 pm, hotel lights are off, lights only in gate, was a dog in parking area, entered reception but nobody was there, called security from the gate to find one person, after 15 minutes one person came to attend, booked deluxe ac room, no tea kettle and coffee sets, intercom phone was not in working, lighting was poor, ac remote was fixed in the door side, so couldn't control the ac in between sleeping.mentioned the place of hotel was as vaikom, but the hotel is 30 kilo ...more
