The hotel doesn’t have a proper in house restaurant you ask them for anything and they will just no to it directly

Mr.Lawrence is very nice and humble person and Property is good but management need to be improved,Our experience:Old rooms with old furniture, noisy old fan and there is no proper toiletry in the washroom and no proper lighting and also there is no proper tiles support on washbasin always cloth used to get wet & if you are a vegetarian so choice is very less like dal and paneer only.Location is good and walkable distance from beach and food. Rooms 2.0 Service 1.0 Location 4.0 Pool :2.0

Location is beach resort in middle of calangute & baga beach. Rooms are neat & clean . swimming pool is available but not that clean as expected. Staffs are very good & cooperative.If you are not looking for staying much in resort ..then you can opt for this hotel because of its location.
Rates of food items incase you want to order from Hotel restaurant is costly..specially Tea i.e. of 80 or 100 rs .

Decent beach resort in low tarrif.complementary breakfast is not required as you have 100s of hotels near by. Night duty receptionist Ralf is so humble and friendly.Anthony was helpful.Full of greenery in the resort.2 min walk to beach.Greatest location advantage.Cab and bike facility is available.Don't expect 5 star facilities. It's value for your money.I don't understand why people gave less rating.

Fab stay , its a proper resort in middle of calungut. Middle of baga to right and candolim to left.

I had stayed at this property 5 years ago and it was a hidden gem. Now, sadly it's just a shadow of its former self. No proper maintenance, no restaurant and overall an unwelcoming place. There is no place to sit when you are doing checkin. The advertisement was false. My room did not have separate living area, sofa or dining table. I was told these are not included in standard room. I paid extra 1500 for the upgrade, however even the new room did not have the sofa or separate living area.
