Great option for a budget stay in Mapusa. 5 minutes walk to the Mapusa Market/Bus stand. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay. Clean room and bathroom. Hot water available. AC room with TV and mini fridge.

lift wasn't working, we had to take stairs for the 3rd floorthere was no facility of telephone, i had to search contact of the hotewe had to ask for glass and water twice

the rooms were damp. it looked like the bedding was not changed, as there was dirt and hair on the bed. also, it seemed the washroom was not cleaned as there was hair and shampoo cuttings in the washroom
