    Horrible property management and totally unresponsive staff. no proper hygiene. Room is infected with bed bugs. I would have rated minus 100 if there was an option. The place is very from city and it is very difficult to get cab or auto to this place. They don't have a capability to arrange a cab for guests. Better book a hotel within 4 km to city even if it is little costlier. Don't get fooled by the low cost and 4 star rating of this place. It is a total waste of money

    All good, don't opt for breakfast service they charge a lot and provide only 2 bread with tea. Rest all very good. Great for couple.

    staffs are well behaved.polite.easy check-in and check-out.Room was spacious with alot of esthetic lights. A big balcony. Tv have atleast 2 ott platform subscription.Big bathroom. Enough storage space. comfortable sofa a nice table. detailed menu along with emergency services contact no.like phone no. of doctors, ambulance , hospitals. I had onion pakode with chai .It was amazing,Like the home overall 4.8 out of 5.

    Justifies the tag, "Like a five-star" in the room tariff offered. If you're looking for a cosy, homely stay, that is super safe, surrounded by warm staff, this is a place to be! Rooms are top notch having extremely clean couches, bed, bed-linens and toilets. The owner and staff are very kind and will almost help you with any information you need to get into the old city in Benaras.
