Villa is very old and needs too much maintenance
Too much problem of insects , staff behaviour is good , Pool needs maintenance
property is not well maintained and overpriced stay , Food is good but it comes from nearby parent property and gets soggy in transit , staff behaviour is good but property not good at all...

My stay at Villa Luca was a pleasant experience exactly how I imagined it to be before booking. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool was good and the Seaview is great. There is direct Beach access from property, a small yet steep hike from cliff to the beach. There is no in house kitchen but they do provide in room dining from their adjacent property Elixir Cliff hotel, they made sure food is served to the room hot and quick. Walkable distance to popular cafes like trip is life and cafe sarwaa. Overall an amazing stay at South cliff Varkala.

Very helpful and friendly staff, everything required was arranged by them even if they had to go extra mile. Villa was amazing, including looks, cleanliness and amenities. Highly recommended if you are looking for privacy and less crowd.
