The hotel manager was drunk when i reached the hotel and also he denied the booking saying there is no such booking and then i personally have to search my name in their mail and then he was convinced. Also after he was convinced about my booking, he was asking me extra money for the room upgrade as there was no room available. Pathetic service

Very small rooms, filthy towels. No hot/cold water as needed, you will be at mercy of the hotel. Location is too far inside from main road, and the approach is not good too. NOT RECOMMENDED.

very very bad experience. the furniture was old and damaged and there was a bad smell in the room. the rooms were veryy small and untidy .

The place is at very unique location itself, giving us an breathless view from the rooftop of the property, has it own pool and very help full staff at any given time of the day.
The entire experience was amazing. Really great 👍

washrooms not as expected. water leakage happening from the roof. No restaurant facilities. if any need to order from online applications.

hotel's location is good, 2-2.5 kms away from central panji, the surrounding is good, room is spacious, pool is small and is on the rooftop but the problem here is that there is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can order from outside from given phone numbers by the hotel staff or from zomato and one more thing which forced me to delete one star was that television was not recharged.
