It was a very good stay and the staff is supportive. There were a couple of power fluctuations. My checkout was 12PM power got cut to only my room at 10AM. Maybe they are rushing us to vacate ASAP. I asked them why power issues to only our room. They were saying fuse issue and all. I don't believe as only fuse issue to my room at 10AM Pleasant stay

one of the great hospitality i felt in ooty so far, since i started coming here to visit all my vacations this time i felt little special. and i have stayed here for 2 days for that reason. staffs are so polite and helpful, everything was so systematic and well recommended for families and ithers as well
