Very very poor experience and hotel manager is not providing actual room. i booked lake facing view but 1st day he didn't provided when I asked 2nd day he provided but no gyser facility and no tv facility, room was very dirty, bed sheet not changed, location was also not good.locted at very high from mall road, very difficult to reach to hotel by foot and not possible for old age.Goibibo charged for every amenities but not provided. it is my suggestion at the time of booking Goibibo should confirm room with room number.sothat hotel manager can't change the room.

free parking.but hotel manager Mr kuldeep has taken 600 rupees from me this is totally absurd..Hotel vinayak is on zoo road and my booking is from 7th Jan till 9th january

It was very bad, The room and washroom were not cleaned properly and I also booked Lakeview room but they gave us the Roofview room..and staff's behavior is not good.
My advice is that you guys should never book a room in this hotel in nainital..it's very bad.

The room was so congested and filthy smelling. Washroom was dirty and there used to be water issue repeatedly during the stay.
Pillow covers were torn.
No Dental kit, sealed mineral water, shaving kit, comb kit was given.
As per the condition of the room, it was a highly overpriced accommodation.
The attending staff on duty ?Kuldeep was not co-operative.
I personally do not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
