Poor service, room lock not working properly, bed sheet, pillow covers and blanket not clean. Broken Toilet seat. Poor Staff behaviour

We stayed for 1 night and it was a great experience.
They were so helpful for any need. The food was delicious, they changes the breakfast menu upto request.
Anyone going to Nainital or Ranikhet should stay here before starting further journey.
