last minute they not allowed to check in hotel.without proper information they shifted our booking to another hotel having lower cost.bad experience with loss of money

Friends i booked Vintage hotel koothuparamba kannur Standard A C. I saw in hotel tariff it's rate is Rs.** and Complementary breakfast. When I requested for breakfast they said you booked through ** so you are not eligible..Very bad response from Hotel GM.....
