I stayed for two nights on business trip. Amazing staffs and hospitality. My room was upgraded without any extra charge. Very good location. Great morning complementary breakfast. Looking forward to staying again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good and neat rooms ..Provided with well amenities, the staff was kind and polite with providing a good behaviour and service and the AC was well working .Overall a good experience and I recommend all this hotel for a journey stay

The hotel staff is cooperative and polite. It is at a good location from where you can easily reach places like Esplanade, New Market, Park Street. My overall hotel experience was good.

I have booked room for double bed but I was provided single bed.Bathroom ceiling was open and there was one big pipe at the shower place which results in difficulty in taking bath. They don't provide breakfast at the hotel,we need to walk to another branch hotel to have complementary breakfast.
