This place has major Air conditioning issues. I'm talking about the suite & premium rooms on the top floor. When we checked in at midnight the spilt air conditioner took 4 hours just to cool the room. It was a harrowing & sleepless night for us. And the staff too seemed clueless & helpless. Not only that.... the shocking part was that the AC's in the other rooms also were not working. Yes the rooms are relatively new but the air conditioning is ineffective. They should have opted for higher tonnage. Will choose a better place next time. Kinda disappointed.

All nice only suggestion you guys are providing breakfast at extra cost.. No doubt breakfast was nice but I feel you should have official barcode to except payments... we paid for breakfast to the guy who was taking care of the property gaved us barcode from his mobile we paid post checkout at later night he started calling us saying breakfast payment nahi huva later we shared the acknowledgement and he realized it's been detected from his own bank.....

worst experience I paid for suite room and guy who was allocated as care taker had no knowledge and gaved me premium room. images attached of the room given to me last image where their is sofa cum bed I took I at night that time I got to know suite room is different. when I asked him he said sorry galati se huva. no safety their is narrow lane where outsiders come from bike and drink beer 0% women safety

This property is amazing if you plan to stay for some personal work out of thivim. I have been staying at this property for 3 years now whenever in Thivim. Great location, good to commute to closeby locations via public transport. The caretaker is extremely good. He helps you at any time of the stay with almost everything you need. Having said this, there is a lot of scope for improvement. There is no wifi at the property. There should be a telephone in the room to connect with the caretaker. Breakfast option is very limited.

# Very clean and neat property # Humble care taker # Property is in remote area approx 25kms away from beach. If you have own vehicle it's worth. # Snacks and breakfast available as per order made.
