1. There were mosquitoes in the room 2. Check in process took good 30 - 40 minutes, which got children agitated as there was no AC or fan in the lobby due to the mosquito 3. The night staff was not helpful and pretty rude 4. Water kettle & glasses were not provided in the rooms, even after request as the same was required for preparing formula milk for the infant. Located on the GT Road, I found the hotel nice, clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff that I got to interact were professional and served us with smile. Rooms are spacious, confortable beds. The hotel has a nice restaurant as well and there a lot of stores around to help you with basic needs (barber shop, tailor, stationery, supermarket etc.). There were some amenities which were described in the description but were only available upon request from the reception.
