it was an average stay overall average, but the location was pretty good, just beside the kuppam river. and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Room is neat and clean. Front office staff Mr. Anees, is very friendly. There is no television and name board for this property, but situated opposite to HDFC Bank and near TVS showroom, barring these 2, a very cozy place to stay in. Also, there is no restaurant available in this property.

Good one., river side stay with a jacuzzi bath at a reasonable price. Basic facilities are good.U can have a nice view of river. Room is basic but neat and tidy. Bath area is the main highlight. It's spacious and the Jacuzzi is maintained well. Caretaker is good Cons : No food, toiletries , Tv or bath gels provided. Parking is congested.

it was not a resort. no tv in the room and surroundings where dirty and room was not good. not worth for rs 3180. no restaurant. a no restuarant. no chilled water.

located close to railway tracks, can be very noisy. Hot water availability was an issue, very small geyser, plus no hot water connection for the Jacuzzi. Bathroom was dusty. Only 1 towel was provided for 2 guests which is bad. There is no WiFi connection in this property as described. Owner has no idea of places around the property. Parking is a big issue. Mosquitoes in the room.

we booked for a day. it's nothing but a glorified 4 bedroom house. the backwaters or river or canal or drainage which runs behind it is smelly and full of mosquito. The property is near a railway track and next to the main road. so you have plenty of noises as well for your company. if the property comes at less that .... Its worth it. else don't bother.

This hotel is 25 kms from Kannur. But the set up is serene. Food will be arranged by the manager from the nearby hotel. Akhathalam hotel near bus stand is good for breakfast. This is walkable from Payangadi station n old bus stand. Chootad beach nearby is good and there is ferry service nearby. You can take a boat tour around the mangroves. Madai Kaavu temple is good and the views from there are lovely for photography. You can take auto for 40 bucks.
