All are good except check in check out timings, because I came at 6.30 pm ,but hotel reception person told tomorrow morning 11am need to check out as per Management order, because of 12 hour check in Check out Management decisions.

The room alloted was amongst the smallest. There was minimal circulation space and no place to keep luggage. Cupboard for hanging clothes was located so high that it had to be accessed by standing on the bed. Food quality is average. Minimal service. Cleanliness was average.

This is second time I stayed here. For the first time it was a great place to stay. This time Aircon was noisy, Plumbing issues, door latch broken, intercom dead, staff forgetting housekeeping. Tried to change the room. But the "wow" factor was missing. It looks like management has lost control over the operation.

very bad experience... supervisor doesn't have respect how to speak very rude .. cannot read policy .. promised for managers call still no manager on call 10 mins asked to wait ... it's been hour now
