prons :
1. It is near by station like just 5 mins walk from Madgoan station.
2. The rooms are really good.
3. stuff is good.
4. you get access to udupi restro near by for morning snacks.
5. iron and stand are provided.
cons :
1. The kitchen is out sourced.
2. Being 3 star hotel. You don't get
- Shampoo is not provided only soaps.
- no dental kit provided . If required need to pay 35rs extra.

Accommodation and service was good. F&B service was quite pleasant. Front desk service was questionable. Checked in 2 hours early and was charged 1000 whereas my booking was for 2000 for 24 hours. Unacceptable as it was my 2nd visit to the hotel in 15 days. Since I travel for work purpose my next option will be different hotel and not Viva.

Towel was unclean, in bathroom only soap they give....even food is not that great, room was ok but as a service and overall not worth it.....

It was great time spend at VIVA with my family.Thanks for the warm reception they gave us. Their hospitality and generosity went above and beyond. Staff and services are excellent. Nice location and ambience.Thank you very much for their kindness throughout my stay!💯👌

I don't stay in this hotel plz cancel my booking and revert my payment in my account.The staff behaviour is not good I asked several time on phone Abt the location but they didn't respond in night I live that location.plz refund my amount to my account.

Free wifi but only present in lobbyMy grandmother was admitted in Apollo so this was walkable distance on bookingI got offer and I booked it the staff were unhappy about it, one chubby guy who sat at the counter kept saying if you book through us we give 12 pm checkout but since you booked online we won’t give, even though I checked in at night 11 pmThey were not ready to give even plates at 11pm as their kitchen was closed I had to order from swiggy I did order from swiggy but atleast keep some ...more
