The property is good but not very well maintained. The biggest concern is the manager there. He spoiled surprise for my parents badly and had no courtesy after that. He was rude and was avoiding us. I have never come across such a manager wherever I stayed earlier. I raised this to the booking manager David too but he also did nothing. So overall A BIG NO for this.

Had an amazing stay and good hospitality! with a blend of Rajasthani culture and contemporary style of services, Vivaana offered us a comfortable environment to enjoy and relax. would love to visit the place again

The property is truly a heritage one and we had an amazing time. The effort of the owner in retaining the heritage of the property is quite evident. The staff is extremely courteous and warm which made us feel very comfortable . The food and ambience is awesome. Will recommend a stay at this property for sure if anyone visiting Mandawa. A special mention for Manager Mr. Singh for his pleasing personality and courtesy.

Good place to visit..good food with best services..fast service given f&b staff and house keeping service..but only think is that TV is not available in any room and room service is not their....

the food was really good ...lots of amenities and various indoor games to play....excellent hosting by the staff ...especially Mr.simmon ....the ambience was really awesome
