Check in good and all the staffs of the hotel are good.Location is very good ,right in centre of the city yet calm.
Rooms can be kept better.Food is very good.Tea/ coffee maker kettle in the room was rusted.Equipments in fitness centre are too old and worn out.Mirrors in the gym look too old and have lost reflective coating on it.You can see dark spots.
Have stayed here several times.
Overall good experience.

Excellent Property coupled with equally excellent staff.
Nice place for both business & leisure travelers.Breakfast buffet is good but can be better when compared to similar category hotels..
All in all highly recommended.

TV not working, carpet was dirty, had to shell out a bomb for my pet that was again not allowed anywhere in the property.
